Toone 2023 ARP Wastewater Treatment Improvements (WW-PDC-1) :- project located in the Town of Toone, Tennessee. This is a Public Works project with several functions for the Town of Toone community. The Work includes the addition of chlorine contact basin and aeration. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and Shall, before entering on the work Of said contract, be licensed as a contractor Of the Town Of Toone. The Work will be substantially complete within 240 days Question Deadline 09/04/2025 : 2.00 PM Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
