SCOPE OF WORK: o Lochinvar knight285 95% (or equivelant) o Pipe new boiler into existing building system o PVC venting up through existing metal flue to roof o Low water cut off o Use existing pumps and expansion tank, air separator o Unit needs to include a BACNet or ModBus device to allow for local control of boiler function.
