Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Work of this Contract comprises of removal of existing deficient guardrails and ladders at all roof levels at 191 Great George St. in Charlottetown, PE and supply and install of new code compliant guards to meet current National Building Code (NBCC 2020) requirements, restoring property standards and staff safety. This project involves removing the existing painted steel guardrails and ladders; and supply and install of new engineered counterweighted and anchored roof guardrails, and new galvanized ladders; and roof assembly repairs at existing guard anchors as shown on the drawings.
