Charlottetown Airport Terminal Building Expansion and Renovation (Phase 2&3) - TP 07 Charlottetown Airport Authority (CAA) has contracted Ellisdon Corporation to act as the construction manager to complete the Charlottetown Airport Terminal Building Expansion and Renovation (Phase 3) at 250 Maple Hill Avenue in Charlottetown, PE. This is a request for quote (RFP) to perform the either of the following scopes of work for Phase 2&3: o TP-7A-Mechanical o TP-7B-Electrical o TP-7C-Sprinkler Systems o TP-7D-Masonry o TP-7E-Curtainwall/Glazing o TP-7F-Doors, Frames & Hardware o TP-7G-Metal Cladding o TP-7H-Drywall o TP-7I-Roofing Obtain Bid Documents by email from rmackenzie@ellisdon.com Question Deadline 09/29/2025: Questions must be submitted to all parties listed.
