PECO Replace HVAC Pumps and Boilers at Trading Post This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for a firm fixed-price commercial services contract to replace heating pumps and service boilers at the Kozloski Trading Post located within Pecos National Historical Park. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of existing heating pumps and service boilers in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contract is subject to Service Labor Standards and will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Offerors are required to submit electronic quotes via email and must include a completed SF 1449, experience questionnaire, price schedule, and relevant technical capability documentation demonstrating at least seven years of experience in battery testing or photovoltaic (PV) systems related to battery installation and maintenance. Evaluation criteria include technical capability, experience, and price. A site visit is scheduled to assist quoters in assessing the work environment.
