Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greer, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This portion of the trail will provide a much-needed walking amenity to our existing Country Club Road Park, and exposure to nature along the South Tyger River that citizens have not been afforded before. The trail will be 3,760 linear feet long and 12 feet wide, with 4 river overlooks. It will meet ADA requirements as outlined in the US Forest Service Trail Accessibility Guidelines. All submittals must include copies of the responding firm's, and any proposed sub-contractor's, applicable state licensing issued through the office of SC Labor, Licensing, and Regulations (SC LLR). Requests will be made through the Vendor Questionnaire. State licenses for all trades and disciplines required to complete the job must be included in the submittal.
