Those portions of the Contract Document consisting of written technical descriptions of materials, equipment, construction systems, standards and workmanship as applied to the Work. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Village Engineer five (5) or more days before the date fixed for opening of proposals.
