SCOPE OF WORK Removal and replacement of 150 hp pedestal pump and concrete base Work to be performed The Project and Contractor s Scope of Work involves the following main elements: Refer to Appendix B for the detailed technical requirements of the Work. Preconstruction jobsite inspection and work planning, including preparation of detailed workplans for: 1) Equipment lock-out /tag-out; 2) Hoisting and rigging plan; 3) Pump and feeders removal; 4) Pipe and fittings removal and replacement to ensure proper fit; 5) Piping and fittings installation; 6) Electrical conduits, supports, and related accessories installation; 7) Pump and feeders installation. The work is located at: onsite Inlet Pump Station concrete building. Most of the electrical work will be at the MCC on the ground floor and most concrete, mechanical, hoisting, rigging, and pump installation work will be located 2 floors below ground.
