Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Safety Standards Plan Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Each Proposal must be made upon the forms provided by the County and shall be accompanied by a deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Said Deposit shall be made payable to the Broome County Director of OMB, shall be considered a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the Contract with the County if it is awarded to him/her. Award is subject to final approval.
