Renovation of a parking garage in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The City of Victoria is requesting qualified contractors to deliver a comprehensive cleaning and painting project for three (3) City parkade locations. The work will focus on the stairwells within the parkades and will include all equipment, labour, and materials to clean, prep and repaint the designated stairwell towers, walls and ceilings, doors and frames at each level, and designated handrails All enquiries regarding this Tender must be directed to Mai Phairin, NISCL-CSCL, Senior Buyer, Supply Management Services, via e-mail to purchasing@victoria.ca.
