Renovation of a water / sewer project in Heathrow, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Seminole County Utilities Engineering Division is soliciting a State of Florida certified General Contractor, Underground Utility, and Electrical contractor for Phase 1 of improvements and construction to three (3) lift stations. The stations are Wembly Park, Heathrow Woods #2, and Carrington Park. Phase 1 will also include the demolition of Lake Sylvan Oaks and the installation of gravity sewer to an adjacent manhole. Qualified bidders will have experience with Pump Station/Lift Station renewal, replacement, or rehabilitation including structural, mechanical, electrical, and control components. Project time from Notice to Proceed will be 160 days to Substantial Completion and another 20 days to Final Completion for a total of 180 days. Question Submission Deadline: September 15, 2025, 5:00pm Any questions concerning the intent, meaning and interpretations of the CC documents, including the attached Draft Agreement, shall be requested in writing, and received no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, September 15, 2025. Written requests shall be submitted via the COUNTY'S e-Procurement Platform.
