Site work for a water / sewer project in Heathrow, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The County is seeking a General Contractor and/or Certified Underground Utilities Contractor to provide the following services: The project consists of the installation of five new 16" valves on existing PVC force main located on the east side of Greenwood Blvd. and Rinehart Rd. in Lake Mary. Construction also includes installation of a new 12" electromagnetic flow meter assembly and bypass line south of Greenwood Boulevard within the power easement (north of Green Way Boulevard). Ordering instructions: Bid documents are available on the Seminole County Website. All prospective bidders are cautioned not to contact any member of the Seminole County staff or officials other than the specified contact person. M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the process. All responses to this competitive solicitation are public records. Any bidder or respondent claiming any portion of its response contains information exempt from public records law must review and strictly follow the set procedures.
