The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, Md (the "Wssc"), is Soliciting Sealed Responses for Ifb 76578 - Furnish and Delivery of 57 Stone and Mortar Sand to Various Wssc Water Locations. The Contractor shall furnish, deliver, and unload #57 Stone and Mortar Sand (Fine Aggregate/Sand Mortar and Epoxies) to WSSC's Warehouses and job sites throughout Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland, on an as needed basis. Question Deadline Date changed From 09/02/2025 to 09/08/2025 as per Addendum 3 The Contractor shall do all the work and furnish all the supervision, labor, components, materials, and appurtenances necessary for the performance and completion of this Contract, in the manner called for by this Contract, at the unit prices shown on the Pricing Page, and to the satisfaction of WSSC Water. No letter or stipulation with the Bid shall alter the Terms and Conditions of this contract. The Commission reserves the right to award the contract based on the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder in total complying with the terms and conditions of this Bid who made all submissions required herein. Only Bidder(s) who have met the minimum qualifications in their entirety will move on to the pricing portion of the solicitation process. The contract shall be for a base term of three years. The contract may be extended for an additional two (2) one-year option terms or any portion thereof, at the sole option and discretion of WSSC Water.
