Site work for a water / sewer project in Laurel, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This IDIQ Prequalification is to allow access to bidding sanitary sewer construction projects that include but are not limited to rehabilitating, replacing, and/or relocating sanitary sewer mains, manholes, and sewer house connections primarily in the public right of way. Projects will include multiple construction methods including trenchless technologies like Cured-in-Place Pipe lining, pipe bursting, and open cut sewer replacements. Project activities will also include but are not limited to trench backfill, manhole replacement/rehabilitation, house connection replacement/rehabilitation, traffic control, site clean-up, and concrete/road restoration. Typical project values will vary in size in dollar value from approximately two to six million dollars. Prequalification is valid for five (5) years from the date of approval. Unless there are significant changes to a contractor's qualifications or performance, annual recertification is not required.
