As of October 8, 2025, this project has been awarded. There are three areas of work in close proximity for this project - Rosewood St, Hunter Ct, and Pilkington Rd. Rosewood St and Hunter Ct are local roads whereas Pilkington is a major collector but can get busier from school traffic. The work consists of 1) replacing a perforated pipe with a ductile iron pipe along Rosewood St, replacement of a catchbasin and a tree removal/replacement, 2) replacement of a catch basin on Hunter Ct, and 3) decommission of a drywell on Pilkington along with removal of a catch basin, abandonment of pipes, and installing a new line from a manhole on private property to the mainline in Pilkington. COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be December 4, 2025 and Project Final Completion shall be January 6, 2026. Bidders must submit a Bid Security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent. The City will investigate and determine the qualification of the apparent successful Bidder as part of its evaluation of the responsive Bid with the highest points. Because the City's estimate of the contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:00 pm local time on the date for the receipt of Bids. The First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form shall be submitted electronically to the same link as the Bid.
