Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of Approximately 2,100 Lineal Feet of Concrete Pathway and Curb Along Meadowlark Lane, Overlook Drive and Tree Top Lane Including 6 Concrete Curb Ramps and Reconstruction of 17 Driveways. The Work Also Includes Relocation of Water Meters, Underground Utilities, and the Addition of New Catch Basins and Storm Sewer Pipe. Completion: Project Substantial Completion Shall Be October 1, 2025 and Project Final Completion Shall Be October 17, 2025. Question Deadline 06/11/2025 Questions/clarification: Questions About Meaning or Intent of the Bid Documents Shall Be Submitted Through the Project Bid Site, No Later Than Seven (7) Days Prior to Bid Closing Time. Clarifications to the Bidding Documents Will Be Made by Addenda Only. Oral Statement May Not Be Relied Upon and Will Not Be Binding or Legally Effective.
