City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Department is requesting proposals for a qualified contractor(s) to provide specialized janitorial cleaning services for Fitness and Tennis Center Facilities for the Lake Oswego Recreation and Aquatic Center (LORAC) and Lake Oswego Tennis Center. The requested services are for a proposed contract term of 3 years. Three years from the date issued, the contract may be renewed annually for up to three one-year renewals. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review. Submission shall be in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the proposer and the subject matter: "Facility Service Management". ii. Proposers opting for delivery or mail should allow appropriate delivery or mail time to ensure timely receipt of their Proposals, and assume the risk of late delivery. (Note: Mail is collected by the City from its US Post Office Box on city business days at approximately 8:00 a.m.; any mail not in the mail box at the time of collection is not deemed received until the next business day's collection.) Proposals must conform to all instructions outlined in the RFP. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City.
