The City of Lake Oswego ("City") is seeking an experienced consultant team (Consultant) to revisit and substantially update the Foothills District Framework Plan (Plan) to ensure that it is consistent with current community and regional priorities. The Plan update is intended to restart the planning process intended to encourage redevelopment within the Foothills District (District) that was originally conducted in 2012 to reflect the proposed location of a new Tryon Creek Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). The updated District Plan will in turn help guide redevelopment efforts for the area in the coming decades. Questions or comments regarding the RFP should be directed to: planning-rfpbids@LakeOswego.city. Questions must be submitted in writing and received by Thursday, March 20, 2025 by 2:00 PM. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
