The City of Lake Oswego is seeking a qualified consultant to assist in amending the City's Tree Code, specifically LOC Arts. 55.02 and 55.08, and making tree-related updates to the Community Development Code (CDC) in alignment with recommendations from the recently updated Urban & Community Forestry Plan (UCFP). The selected consultant must have expertise in tree regulations, urban forestry best management practices, and equitable community engagement and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in developing or amending tree regulations and urban forestry policies. The Consultant will lead the project to amend Articles 55.02 and 55.08 of the City's Tree Code and the CDC.
