Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of the design and construction of pathways that will enhance access to and from nearby schools as prioritized by the Transportation Advisory Board. The limits of this project are along Carman Drive from Waluga Drive to the roundabout at Quarry Road. The recommended Carman Drive design adds a new 6.0-foot wide sidewalk and a bike lane that will connect to existing bike lanes on Waluga Drive and Quarry Road. Additionally, this segment will include new street lights and a new stormwater treatment planter near Candlewood Court. To mitigate tree removals, the City will replant trees throughout the project area. As of October 8, 2025, the City's goal was to construct the project on Carman Drive summer/fall 2025. The City believes it will be most effective and efficient to put the project out to bid in early 2026. This timeline will position them for a tentative construction start in the spring of 2026.
