The new AHUs will be connected to the recently upgraded air cooled chiller units and controls integrated with an existing supervisory station. Partial roof replacement of a built-up roof system at one school. The project scope includes, but not limited to, removing the existing air handling system including an indoor, custom, built-up air handler, an indirectly evaporatively cooling unit, condenser water system, and hydronic coils at three schools. The intent is to replace these systems with a custom air handler ducted to hot and chilled water coils, then connect to the school's hot deck and cold deck air distribution systems, and integrating the existing Johnson Metasys controls into the existing Distech supervisory network. The design includes adding exhaust fans to divorce the exhaust air from the return air systems. One school includes approximately 2,000sf of multi-ply SBS built up roofing. The Bidder hereby affirms that all Work embodied within this Contract will be Substantially Complete prior to August 29, 2026. The Contractor is advised that work on the Project site is not expected to commence prior to June 24, 2026.
