The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish one or more master ordering term agreement, (“contract” or “agreement”) through competitive negotiation with experienced, qualified firms who provide fire and water damage clean-up, remediation, restoration, and water extraction. Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be established and managed by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of General Services (DGS), Division of Purchases and Supplies (DPS).
