Scope of Work: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Upgrades to the existing return activated sludge (RAS) pump station, including the replacement of four (4) RAS pumps, piping, valves, valve actuators, flow meters, and other appurtenances; the replacement of VFDs, and power and lighting systems; the replacement of HVAC equipment and controls; the expansion of the electrical room and addition of a new entrance; the replacement of the roof; and structural repairs and improvements. 2. Replacement of existing telescoping valves and piping in the Sight Well. 3. Replacement of existing RAS flow meters and valve actuators in the RAS vaults. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 420 days after the date when Contract Times commence to run. FINAL COMPLETION: 450 days after the date when Contract Times commence to run.
