Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Work consists of providing a complete dry-pit submersible sewage pumping station including new building, piping and valves, mechanical, and electrical equipment, and site work; providing control systems including new PLC and improvements to the existing Henrico SCADA system; providing a new 1,000 gallon above ground fuel tank; providing pile foundations; providing traffic control and pavement restoration; providing testing, remediation, and disposal of contaminated soils, water, and other materials to be removed from the site; and all other appurtenant work as shown and specified in the contract documents entitled Westwood Sewage Pumping Station - Project No. 1001 / 09176, Department of Public Utilities, County of Henrico, Virginia. This project is located at 2200 Westwood Ave, Richmond, VA 23230.
