The City of Walla Walla is seeking qualified controls engineering firms to design replacements and upgrades to its Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system (SCADA). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. the Selected Consultant Will Perform Site Visits, Investigations, Development, and Design Sufficient to Develop a Biddable Package That Will: 1. Construct Upgrades and Replacements For the Wtp Scada System From the Servers to and Including Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs) That Have, or Soon Will, Reach Their End of Life. 1. Construct complete replacements for the WWTP SCADA system from the servers to and including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) that have or soon will reach their end of life. 2. Provide programming, HMI set-up and support during and after construction. Upgrades for SCADA will include SCADA servers, software, Human Machine Interfaces, fiber, network switches, and PLCs as required.
