The City of Peachtree City, as the "Owner," is seeking proposals from general contractor firms interested in providing design-build services and serve as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a project known as Splashpad Project at Pebblepocket Park. The selected design-build firm shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete tasks including site investigation and analysis, schematic and final design, stamped architectural and engineering plans, permitting and regulatory compliance, site preparation and grading, compliance with ADA standards, construction of splashpad, fencing, seating, shade structures, and signage, drainage and stormwater management, water play features, mechanical & electrical systems, amenities, warranty support, landscaping and hardscaping, utility connections, commissioning, final inspection and project close-out. This project does not include the construction of restroom facilities or additional parking.
