The existing MVSC pavement has started to fail over its lifecycle. The vehicles and equipment parked at the MVSC are staring to sink in the parking lot. B. Project Scope of Work Includes: 1. Removal of failing concrete, asphalt, curb and gutter per the design plans. Place new aggregate base, concrete and asphalt as per the design. Fencing and gates will need to be removed during the construction process and reinstalled at completion. C. Project Goal 1. Improve drainage for the MVSC and new pavement to support heavy military equipment parking. D. Project Schedule of Activities (Subject to Change) 1. Substantial Completion 60 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed 2. Final Completion 14 calendar days from date of Substantial Completion 3. First Scheduled Use of Completed Project Area: May 1, 2026 Question Deadline 09/08/2025 Any person who plans to bid on the project may submit to the Owner a written request for an interpretation of any part of the Plans and Specifications or Contract Documents. Requests for interpretations shall be made not less than ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids. Any interpretation will be in writing and furnished to each person receiving Plans and Specifications for bidding. The Owner will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation.
