Description

Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Flandreau, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 840-square-foot multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Sealed proposals must include a cover letter with company profile and point of contact; a narrative of the contractor's understanding of the scope of work; an itemized estimate of total project costs; an estimated project schedule; a statement of the company's readiness/availability; and a statement regarding any connection or affiliation to the Tribe or tribal community, if applicable. Proposals must be clearly marked as "Proposal for FSST Tiny Home Project." The Tribe desires the awarded Contractor perform the following: Provide complete site work, including cement foundations and driveways, for four (4) tiny homes at the Tribe's proposed homesite locations; and Design and construct four (4) tiny homes at the Tribe's proposed homesite locations. The proposed homesite locations, which are physically located on Taylor Avenue, Flandreau, South Dakota 57028, are shown on the last page of this RFP and detailed specifications may be provided to interested parties upon request. The tiny homes are to be 840 square feet that will be set on cement foundation with a crawl space.
