Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in McGill, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

SCOPE OF WORK: White Pine County, Nevada (the County) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) for professional engineering services from qualified firms. Qualified firms shall have prior experience in providing design services for railroad projects, infrastructure projects and projects that are being federally funded through the Southern Nevada Public Lands Management Act (SNPLMA). The awarded firm will provide the County with administrative and professional civil engineering services as required to deliver WP16 SNPLMA project, per the deliverable and project scopes as described in the funding applications. An Offeror who has not obtained RSOQ documents from the WPC Grant Specialist will not be notified of addenda issued by the WPC Grant Specialist, which could contain material changes thereto (such as additions or changes to the deliverables, extensions of time, etc.). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
