New flashing, coping, curbs, and Sunoptics skylights will be installed, along with the reinstallation or replacement of rooftop equipment, piping supports, and related accessories. The contractor will provide all necessary mobilization, permits, submittals, site maintenance, and final cleanup, and deliver both a 20-year manufacturer's NDL warranty and a 5-year workmanship warranty, along with all closeout documentation.
