The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform semi-annual maintenance on the UPS systems. Services include inspection, testing, cleaning, and calibration of the UPS units to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The contractor must also provide documentation of all maintenance activities and notify the government of any issues requiring corrective action.
