The buildings will remain occupied by RCHA Residents during the construction period. A Housing Authority Staff person will assist with the coordination of activities impacting Residents during the renovation. The purpose of this project is to upgrade and install new light fixtures. The lighting upgrades include replacement of approximately 640 fixtures. This scope involves labor, all other materials, and installation of lighting upgrades throughout the RCHA complexes listed in the bid.
