The project scope consists of the construction of improvements to process efficiency, process safety, and control of the water treatment plants including installation of water quality monitoring equipment, instrumentation and control upgrades to the existing SCADA and control infrastructure, improvements to the WTP's reverse osmosis system including installation of VFDs on high pressure pumps and transfer pumps, high service pump upgrades and additional upgrades as shown on the project design drawings and as specified herein.
