Demolition, site work and renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Tequesta, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

This project consists of restoration of the Tequesta Drive bridge. The work includes providing submittals as required on drawing specifications, obtaining permit documents and issuing bridge notice, performing mobilization/demobilization, setting up staging areas with fencing and vegetation protection barriers, providing Maintenance of Traffic, installing environmental signage, erosion control devices and turbidity barriers, water quality monitoring, video documentation of the existing steel sheet piles before and after coating activities, utility locates, maintaining as-built drawings, demolition and disposal of removed material, cleaning and coating of specified surfaces, removal and re-casting of sidewalk concrete header, removal and replacement of damaged spandrel sections and installation of new concrete spandrel and bracing hardware, veneer replacement, patching steel sheet pile perforations, temporary removal and re-installation of pavers at bridge joints, installation of a new vinyl sheet pile wall, vegetation removal and mesh replacement at weep drains, repair of spalled pile cap, removal of cracked cladding from rail curb, and restoration of disturbed vegetation/sod in staging areas. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders section of the bid documents. Remove veneer on spandrel section adjacent to the replaced spandrel section and replace with new veneer. Install veneer onto new spandrel section. Patch steel sheet pile perforations as necessary using chemical compound and/or FRP patch.
