Reference Number 0000396378 Bid Intent Not Available Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new 7+1-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) on undeveloped land adjacent to the existing CDOT maintenance yard in Costilla County. The new VSF shall be an 8,000 gross square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB). The VSF will contain an administration bay with mezzanine and seven 20'-0" x 50'-0" bays used to store CDOT plow trucks, two of which shall be wash bays with waterproofed finishes and fixtures. The flooring shall be concrete slab-on-grade with a 20-foot concrete apron at the overhead doors.
