As of October 02, 2025, the project was awarded to Rieth Riley Construction Co. Inc, with an awarded amount of $673,228.20. The project shall consist of one street of full depth HMA removal and replacement, seven streets of cold milling HMA and resurfacing, curb and gutter replacement, ADA ramps, and related work. Question Deadline 09/08/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Doc note: of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record, Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. The City of Sturgis reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Sturgis.
