The St. Helena Parish Police Jury is soliciting sealed bids from qualified individuals or firms for comprehensive HVAC Preventive Maintenance Services. These services are required for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems located at various properties owned and maintained by the St. Helena Parish Police Jury within St. Helena Parish, Louisiana. Services to Include(but not limited to): Routine inspections and cleaning of HVAC units (indoor and outdoor coils, drain pans, blowers).Filter replacement (including provision of appropriate filters). Checking refrigerant levels and identifying leaks. Lubrication of moving parts. Testing thermostats, controls, and safety devices. Inspecting electrical connections and components. Checking for proper airflow and temperature differentials. Identifying potential issues and recommending repairs. Providing detailed service reports after each visit. Emergency service call availability and response times. The St. Helena Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the St. Helena Parish Police Jury.
