Site work for a religious / funeral development in Attica, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
Proposals are invited to furnish labor and material for: Exterior Renovation of Mausoleum SITEWORK/DEMOLITION: Demolish existing 12-0 x 12-0 concrete slab at main entry doors to the mausoleum. Sawcut and chip away concrete slab at main entry doors as required for new concrete slab. Excavate 12-0 x 20-0 and 10 deep area for new concrete apron and base. All demolished/excavated contents to be disposed of offsite. Furnish, place and compact approximately 10 ton of 304 crushed stone for a 4 stone base at new concrete apron for main entry doors. Form, pour and texture finishing of 12-0 x 20-0exterior concrete apron, concrete shall be 6 thick reinforced with nylon fibers sealed with cure-n-seal compound. Proposed concrete apron must be properly sloped to allow water drainage away from the mausoleum. Bid must include final grading of all disturbed soil/grass around the perimeter of new concrete apron. Attica-Venice Township Cemetery will complete any grass seeding necessary.
