This is a lump sum project in which the contractor is fully responsible for all measurements to identify the material quantities and labor required. The contractor, as well as any and all subcontractor, shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, tools and supervision for a complete and comprehensive roofsystem replacement. All work shall comply with Manufactures Published Installation and Application Instructions and Associated Details. All debris is to be removed or containerized daily. All work areas shall be left broom clean daily. The required extinguishers shall be maintained at both ground and roof levels. All work shall be perfumed by trained mechanics. The new roofing shall be maintained in a watertight manner during construction. Existing gable and mansard and related roof areas shall be removed and reinstalled with a GAF Timberline HDZ High Definition Lifetime Shingles and incorporating the GAF Lifetime Roof System.
