Reference Number 0000301580 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/12 02:00:00 PM EDT Interior Renovation to Language Studies Research Lab in Rooms SW132E, F, G and H of the Science Wing The Design and Construction Management Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC), requires general contracting services for the installation of renovation of approximately 35 square meters (m2) of a new Language Studies Research Facility on the first floor of the Science Wing building in Room SW132 E, F, G and H at 1265 Military Trail, Toronto, ON, Canada, M1C 1A4. Scope of Work (SOW) highlights are to be read in conjunction with the Drawings, and the Specifications. The SOW highlights are intended to provide a brief summary of services to be carried out by the Contractor and shall, in no way, limit responsibilities more fully described in the Contract Documents. Work included is as follows: Abatement of asbestos containing drywall Clean demolition of existing flooring and doors New flooring, metal stud framing and finished drywall, doors and hardware, lighting and mechanical ductwork Coordination of the installation of new audio-visual scope of work Coordination of new whiteboard installation Coordination of new furniture installation Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
