Site work for a water / sewer project in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Repair of landfill cap, including vegetation support repairs, repairs to stone berms/swals and downslope chutes. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The project includes, but is not limited to repairs to vegetative support and sand drainage layers of the landfill cap, repairs to vegetated diversion berms, repairs to stone lined diversion berm/swales and repairs to the stone lined downslope chute. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Tammy Tefft, Director of Purchasing (t.tefft@cityofwestfield.org) in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by the City by September 8, 2025 @ 3:00 pm. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by City in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by City as having received the Bidding Documents not later than three days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids Bidder proposes to furnish all labor and materials required for construction of the Twiss Street Landfill 2025 Cap Repairs, Westfield, MA in accordance with the accompanying Bidding Documents prepared by the City of Westfield and Tighe & Bond, Inc., for the Contract Price specified below, subject to additions and deductions according to the terms of the Bidding Documents.
