Renovation of a mixed-use development in Roxbury Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,816-square-foot educational facility.
Lincoln Roosevelt Classroom Alteration The Nature Of This Project Is To Alter A Partial Lower Level Space To (3) New Classrooms, Toilet Rooms, Administrative Offices, And A Meeting Room. All New Work Shall Comply To The Most Current Building Codes. The Use Group And Occupancy Load Within The Building Remains Unchanged. Alteration of Existing Space to (3) New Classrooms, (3) New Toilet Rooms, and (4) Office Spaces. B. Sealed bids will be received for the following contract: 1. Overall Single Prime (all of the work) C. One (1) Original and (1) copy of the Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr. Joseph Mondanaro, Business Administrator and shall be identified on the outside of the package (outside of mailing package if mailed) with the following: Bid for ROX - Lincoln Roosevelt Classroom Alteration at the Lincoln Roosevelt Elementary School. 1. Please log in to your Online account and in the Bidder Dashboard select "Submit RFI" under the corresponding project. DO NOT send RFI's to bidding@solutions-arch.com or the info@solutions- arch.com Online as they will not be responded to; the last day for questions is September 12, 2025, (2:00 pm EST). Questions received after 2:00 pm will not be responded to. G. Bids shall be made on the Forms of Proposal provided and must be accompanied by bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. H. Each bidder shall submit with its bid, a Certificate of Consent of Surety as per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25 from a Surety company stating that it will provide the bidder and all subcontractors, if successful, with a performance/payment bond in the full amount of the contract. I. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. N.J.S.A. 18A:-18A-36(a). J. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informality in the bidding if it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so and to award contracts only to those whose proposal is deemed by the Owner to be most advantageous to the interest of the public. K. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements of employment and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contracts pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. L. Pursuant to the "Public Works Contractor Registration Act" (P.L. 1999, c.238), bidders and their subcontractors must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. M. Bidders must comply with the requirements of "The Law Against Discrimination," set forth at N.J.S.A. 10:2-1, et seq., and Affirmative Action, set forth at N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq. N. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-6.3(a) (4), bidders must submit an executed C.271 political contribution disclosure form in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.26. O. Bidders and subcontractors identified in the bid must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, and possess a Business Registration Certificate. If the bid exceeds $20,000.00, all bidders shall pre-qualify as required by the State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, and each bid shall be accompanied by an affidavit so certifying pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18- 32. All inquiries concerning prequalification should be directed to Division of Property Management and Construction, Taxation Building, 8th Floor, West State and Willow Streets, Trenton, New Jersey 08625. 1. Bidders shall be prequalified in Categories C008 or C009 as the prime with the following subs: C030, C032, & C047. Q. Bidding shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq. concerning Public School Contracts Law.
