Estimated Completion Date on 07/17/2029 Estimated Range between $20,000,001 to $35,000,000 Contractors Prequalified in one of these Work Types are eligible to bid this project: 4 or 5 Project Labor Agreement Required: No The Principal Items of Work Consist of: Roadway Quantity Unit Description 28,410 Cy Excavation 5,575 Lf Concrete Vertical Curb 3,161 Lf 3" Rigid Non-metallic Conduit 27,294 T Disposal of Regulated Material 7,699 Cy Coarse Aggregate, Size No. 57 31,554 Sy Topsoil Stabilization, Mat 4,571 Lf Reinforced Concrete Pipe Bridge: Quantity Unit Description 5,600 Sf Temporary Sheeting 206,313 Lb Reinforcement Steel 1 Ls Structural Steel 325 Cy Concrete Bridge Deck, Hpc 16,850 Lf Temporary Wall 345 Cy Concrete Wing Wall Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD Commissioner) makes an initial determination that an employer has violated the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.) by paying wages at rates less than the rates applicable under that act, the LWD Commissioner may immediately issue a stop-work order to cease all business operations at every site where the violation has occurred, and may assess a civil penalty of $5,000 per day against the employer for each day it conducts business operations in violation of the stop-work order. If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d). Minimum wage rates for this project shall be as specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on file with this Department. The attention of bidders is directed to the provisions covering subletting or assigning the contract. The entire work is to be completed on or before the Estimated Completion Date Stated Above. DOT reserves its right to reject any or all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 27:7-30 and N.J.S.A. 27:7-33. NJDOT: 130 - Route 15 Nb, Bridge Over Abandoned Mt.
