Old Town Hall Masonry Repointing Project. Each bid for each project must be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank in the amount of 10% of the bid or a 100% Bid Bond, the same being payable to the City of North Olmsted as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and a Performance Bond satisfactory to said municipality in an amount equal to 100% of the total bid will be furnished. The deposit of the successful bidder will be retained until the Contract is properly executed and delivered. Deposits of all unsuccessful bidders will be returned following the award.
