Site work for a water / sewer project in North Olmsted, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested for the North Olmsted Sanitary Flow Meter Installation, in accordance with specified plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with ordinance number, opening date, and the item being bid. Separate invitations must be submitted in individual envelopes. Each bid must include a certified check for 10% of the bid or a 100% bid bond as a guarantee of contract execution and provision of a performance bond equal to 100% of the total bid. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings are available for examination online and for purchase at designated locations and websites. Only bids from plan holders of record with the City will be considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any bid, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed lowest and best. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates for public improvements set by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services in Cuyahoga County and North Olmsted. The City practices equal opportunity in employment and requires bidders to ensure non-discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. QA date - 12-31-2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents or the Contract Documents shall be submitted to OWNER in writing. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by OWNER at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids
