As of November 7, 2025, a general contractor has been awarded, but the Notice to Proceed has not yet been issued. A timeline for construction has yet to be announced. For the furnishing to the city of all labour, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for the arroyo pool heater replacement project The scope of work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labour, materials, equipment, permits, delivery, transportation and services necessary for the removal and installation of two pool heater units at arroyo pool. The current setup serves the arroyo competition pool, which holds approximately 294,166 gallons of water and has a surface area of roughly 4,590 square feet. The existing heaters being replaced are raypak model p-1125-a. All questions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (pdt) on Friday, august 29, 2025. Questions received after this deadline or submitted via phone will not be accepted.
