Renovation of a mixed-use development in Reserve, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project will consist of, but is not necessarily limited to, all of the work as specified herein and as indicated and/or implied on the complete set of bid documents dated august 20, 2024. This project includes, but is not limited to, hvac equipment and piping demolition, hvac system repair and replacement work and all required associated subsequent work as noted on the drawings and in the technical specifications. The scope of work also includes some interior gypsum board replacement and painting, interior suspended ceiling tile and suspended ceiling grid repair and replacement, replacement of interior fiberglass batt insulation, as well as other repair items as noted in the bid documents. All work must be substantially complete within one-hundred and eighty (180) consecutive days after the issuance of the notice to proceed. Any person requiring special accommodations shall notify the owner the type(s) of Accommodation required not less than seven (7) days before the bid opening. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, and must be in the form of a certified check, cashiers check or a bid bond form written by a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana, signed by the surety's agency or attorney-in-fact as per the project specifications.
