Southwest Greensburg Borough Volunteer Fire Department Exterior Building Upgrades Each bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check of a sum of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount on AIA Document A310 Bid Bond or similar, and a completed NonCollusion Agreement. Successful bidders will be required to enter a contract with Southwest Greensburg Borough requiring a Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) and Maintenance Bond of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Sum. Southwest Greensburg Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or items therein, or to waive any irregularities in the same.
