**As of October 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** For the installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems within 2 new Cold Storage Buildings that are currently under construction for the City of Ft. Pierre Fort Pierre Maintenance Yard. All proposals shall be made on the bid forms included with the specifications and must be executed in accordance with the requirements contained in the Instruction to Bidders of the Specifications. Incomplete or incorrect bid forms may be rejected. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or draft in the amount of 5% of the base bid and all add alternates and drawn on a State or National Bank or a 10% bid bond issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota and made payable to City of Ft Pierre, South Dakota. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period of no more than thirty (30) days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing bids, investigating qualifications of the bidders, and completing financial arrangements prior to award of Work. Owner reserves that right to reject any and all bids.
