Project scope A. Existing building: 10,000 s.F.; basement 5,000 first floor 5,000 s.F. B. Addition: 3,000 s.F. Ñ infill under existing building overhang. C. Footing/found: concrete footings and foundations. D. Floor structure: cast-in-place concrete slab on grade. Existing building is precast concrete tees. E. Wall/roof structure: new metal wall stud infill. Existing roof precast concrete with wood truss and Shingle overbuild. F. Exterior finishes: face brick. G. Floor finishes: lvt resilient flooring, epoxy resin restroom floor, carpet. H. Ceiling finishes: acoustic ceilings, exposed structure, spray-on acoustic finish. I. Custom cabinetry: plastic laminate, stain & finished wood. J. Wall finishes: painted gypsum board. K. Roof membrane: new asphalt shingle, alternate metal shingle (50 year). L. Paving: concrete paving. M. Mechanical: Split system hvac system with ground mounted equipment. Exhaust fans for restroom exhaust. Fire sprinkler system throughout existing building. N. Plumbing: Waste, vent piping, equipment, and plumbing fixtures. Domestic water, equipment, and fixtures. Flush valve water closets and urinals. O. Electrical: New lighting and site lighting. Fire alarm system for notification, fire sprinkler monitoring, and elevator recall. Conduit & cabling for data systems. P. Site utilities: New sprinkler service line. Locate existing utilities for coordination of new grading, site paving, landscaping, etc. Completion time completion date for the project is to be bid in calendar days: to be bid by contractor and stated on the bid form The general construction contract will include general construction, mechanical, and electrical work combined into one contract. Documents notes : those who submit prime bids may obtain refund by returning sets in good condition no more than one (1) week after bids have been opened. No refund of deposit will be made to contractors not submitting a bid, unless all documents are returned in good condition five (5) days prior to time of receiving bids.
